PERSONAL IMMIGRATION

Personal Support Every Step of the Way

At PROVISAS we specialise in personal immigration. Whether you want to work, start a business, join family, or study in the UK, our regulated advisers provide clear guidance, transparent fees and a personalised plan for your immigration journey. We help professionals seeking Skilled Worker visas, entrepreneurs launching innovative ventures, families reuniting with loved ones, students planning to study and recent graduates or young adventurers exploring the UK.

Work visas

Skilled Worker visa (including self‑sponsorship) – The Skilled Worker route lets you work in the UK long‑term. You must have a genuine job offer from a licensed sponsor, a Certificate of Sponsorship for a job at RQF level 6 or above and be paid at least £41,700 or the going rate. Applicants must also prove English proficiency and have at least £1,270 in savings. PROVISAS helps employees and entrepreneurs – we can even arrange a sponsor licence for your own business so you can “self‑sponsor”. After five years you may qualify for indefinite leave to remain and later citizenship.

Entrepreneur & Talent

Innovator Founder visa – For entrepreneurs with innovative, scalable ideas, this visa lets you set up and run a unique business in the UK. Your idea must be new, viable and scalable and be endorsed by an approved body. The visa lasts three years with the potential to extend or apply for settlement after three years. PROVISAS assesses your business plan, liaises with endorsing bodies and prepares your application.

Global Talent visa – For established or emerging leaders in academia, arts and culture or digital technology. Applicants must be at least 18 and either hold a prestigious prize or obtain endorsement from an approved body. The visa can be granted for up to five years, is renewable and can lead to settlement after three or five years. Our specialists guide you through the endorsement process.

High Potential Individual (HPI) visa – Aimed at recent graduates from top universities. You must have been awarded a bachelor’s, master’s or PhD from an eligible institution outside the UK within the last five years, meet English‑language requirements and have sufficient savings. No job offer is needed, but you can only get one HPI visa and cannot have previously held a Graduate visa. We determine your eligibility and manage the paperwork.

Family & Settlement

Family visas – For partners, children, parents and dependent relatives. Partner visas normally require a combined income of at least £29 000 per year and evidence of a genuine relationship; additional funds may be needed for each dependent child. We handle fiancé(e), spouse/partner, parent and child applications and advise on extensions and switching routes.

Settlement (Indefinite Leave to Remain) – Indefinite leave to remain (ILR) lets you settle permanently, work or study without restrictions and eventually apply for citizenship. Most work and family visa holders must live in the UK for five years before applying; Innovator and Global Talent holders may qualify after three years, and applicants usually need to meet salary or financial thresholds. We check your eligibility and prepare your ILR application.

British citizenship – Naturalisation gives you full citizenship rights, including a UK passport and voting. You usually need ILR for at least 12 months, meet residence requirements and demonstrate “good character”; spouses of British citizens can apply after three years of UK residence if they hold ILR or settled status. PROVISAS will assess your eligibility, gather evidence and support you through the ceremony.

Study & Youth

Graduate visa – An unsponsored route allowing international graduates with a UK bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree to stay and work (or job‑hunt) for two years, or three years if you have a PhD. You must have completed your course and previously held a Student visa; this route does not lead directly to settlement but you can switch to other routes. We ensure your education provider updates your record and help you apply when your results arrive.

Student visa – For individuals aged 16 + who wish to study at a UK institution. You need a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from a licensed provider and must show you have funds to support yourself and pay tuition. You usually need to prove English proficiency and, for some courses, obtain an ATAS certificate. Our team helps you gather documents and submit your application.

Youth Mobility Scheme visa – Lets young people from participating countries live and work in the UK for up to two years. You must have £2,530 in savings, be aged 18–30 (or 18–35 for certain nationalities) and hold an eligible nationality. The visa allows work, study and even small‑business activity, but not dependants or access to public funds; Australians, Canadians and New Zealanders may extend for a third year. We guide you through the ballot system and application.

Ancestry & Special Categories

UK Ancestry visa – Commonwealth citizens (including British overseas territories citizens and citizens of Zimbabwe) can apply if they can prove that one grandparent was born in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. The visa costs £682 and permits a five‑year stay with the right to work, study and bring family; after five years you may extend or apply for ILR. We verify your lineage evidence and prepare the application.
